BEEF RISSOLES with MASHED POTATOES!
5/22/2010 1:10:22 PM

This is my VERSION of BEEF RISSOLES, which I usually cook for my 2 kids with smashed potatoes!
Ever since they are still in grade school, it was already included in my Menu plan for cooking. They love it very much with beet root salad. Maybe you can give a try with this recipe of mine. I always need 2 kg of minced meat for a very good size of Rissoles and not the down-sized one!

Your sophisticated home cooking is good but honestly, how many percent of aycom audience do you believe is interested in cooking in their home with advanced techniques and ingredients? Not all understand "julienne" or the role of fruits like apple, apricot or pear in cooking. Kinilaw, ata-ata, inbaliktad, monamon, aramang, KBL (kamatis-buggoong-laya), tinenneb and other simple recipes are easier to do. You are good but do you think an ordinary saluyot can follow your recipes?

Because we want to GROW, LEARN OTHER IDEAS and EXPLORE!
Truky masarap ang KBL, and other putahe that we learned way back home...pero walang kang KARAPATAN para maliitin ang katulad naming "ORDINARY SALUYOT" (as what you said), dahil sa VIDEOS na kaakibat ng mga RECIPES niya, ay malaking tulong sa aming mga "ORDINARY SALUYOT"...one thing more, kung meron kaming gustong malaman na hindi namin maintindihan na sa akala mo ay ganon kami KABUBO...gaya ng "JULIENNE" ay nandiyan siya umaalalay sa amin, na pweding pagtanungan through INTERNET...I for one, I learned a lot from her, na malaking tulong sa akin sa klase ng naging trabaho ko dito sa ballasiw!
Go, go, go, manang dolly.....THUMBS UP!
